Clean Point Modular Dumpsters
Anthropo: Citizens, Cleaning Staff / Context: City. Residential zone. / Location: Latin America

Recycling collection procedures in Latin American countries are still developing and require strong support from both industry and society to reach international standards. In addition, there is a significant need for public education on proper waste separation and material-specific recycling practices.

The private sector, particularly the packaging and food industries, is often interested in visibly supporting public entities and companies involved in the waste collection, separation, and recycling chain.
Collaborations between designers, manufacturers, and private brands have contributed to the development of various solutions in this field.
The spirit brand Buchanan’s Whiskey sponsored this industrial design project, resulting in the Recycling System 05.

Recicla Sistema 05 is a modular set of small outdoor dumpsters, scalable according to the type or quantity of recyclable waste and the characteristics of the installation site. It can also include an advertising display (illuminated or not). The modular system allows for either a 4×4 configuration or a linear arrangement (side by side).

Materials and Manufacturing Processes: The entire system was designed using materials and manufacturing technologies available in the region. Metals such as aluminum, iron, and stainless steel were used for various parts, employing plasma cutting, sheet metal forming, and laser cutting processes
The 3D model was done in Rhinoceros Software. Rendering: Flamingo
